Who is Jim Ellermeyer ?
Jim is a nationally certified , licensed professional counselor. He is primarily a mindfulness based cognitive behavioral therapist also certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and is a long time participant in and knowledgeable concerning 12 step recovery. He helps individuals live “life out loud” by introducing his trademarked “full impact mindfulness” concept and helping people participate in their lives. Jim also assists in avoiding "time traveling" and helps people "be right here and right now.
